Zumba-Latin music comined with simple choreographed latin moves.
Pilates Fusion-Combines traditional pilates style exercise with "pilates rings", power bars, Xer-tubes, and balance balls.
Step/Circuit-Combines traditional step choreography with strengthening exercises.
Cardio Combo-A bit of everything. Step/Floor aerobics combined with strengthening and toning exercises.
Spin-Developed by Johnny G, a group cycle class designed with moves created by Johnny G.
Indoor Cycle-Group cycle class with emphasis on proper form, and alignment. Guaranteed to be a safe ride!
Power Pump-Strenthening exercises using all apparatus in group fitness. Xer-tubes, Pilates rings, Power bar, Balance ball, Medicene Ball, and anything that will fit into this FAT BLAST routine!
