In today’s society, a worker is viewed as an “Industrial Athlete.” When the athlete/patient is unable to perform at their peak, due to illness or injury, our professional staff will assess each patient according to their former position. A plan is developed to maximize the rehabilitation experience with the goal of achieving a full recovery. We determine the patient’s present level of safe physical ability by simulating controlled tasks in our supervised work therapy area. The patient is able to regain strength, confidence and endurance in a safe and progressive atmosphere. The goal is to return the patient to full employment.
