SASTM (sound assisted soft tissue mobilization) is an advanced form of soft tissue mobilization. We use ergonomically designed instruments to detect and breakdown fascial restrictions found within tissue following an injury or surgery. By effectively and efficiently locating tightness in muscles and around joints, we are able to increase mobility and flexibility which in turn helps decrease or EVEN eliminate pain allowing for faster recovery time. It can be used on all joints and muscles throughout the body. We are the ONLY clinic in this area to use this specific technique.
